This patient present repeated episodes of lymphatic oedema after a lipostructure in the peri ocular area 13 years ago. In the record of the operation by the primary surgeon, the amount of that that has been placed was 5 cc along the inferior rim and 3 cc in the vaso labial fold .
There was a palpable excess of fat and a variable lymphatic oedema. Her surgeon tried a liposuccion to reduce the volume without any success. Since then nothing was done.
A treatment by a mecanical stimulation (LPG) was tried and an improvement of the oedema was obtained. Unfortunately the result didn't last with time.
